Anyone know why I can't book a domestic flight on AirAsia using my Samsung tablet with Firefox browser, but can book a flight with AirAsia using my Samsung phone with Firefox browser?

 

PS: THERE ARE NO DIRECT FLIGHTS FROM UDON TO PHUKET WITH AIRASIA UNTIL SEPTEMBER 1.

They cancelled my August 1 flight from Udon to Phuket.

Air Asia has halted trading it's stock, hence your issue with the website. Financially in trouble until they can raise capital.

Don't have a tablet.

I tried Firefox on PC (KKC-DMK) and can easily go through until personal data page.

Don't see a problem.

This is a TECHNICAL problem.

Nothing to do with financial/corporate situation.

I am not aware that (Thai) AirAsia is bankrupt.

 

Technical: I have no idea. Except that you might have some "protection" software, add-ons that interfere with the site.

Can you give details about the tablet? Android? Windows?

I never had one.

Seems that August to Phuket was too ambitious.

Phuket is still quite dead.

Well. The thread is about the mother company "Malaysia's AirAsia Group Bhd".

At the same day I see a thread that Thai AirAsia wants to expand (move?) to Suvarnabhumi.

What exact error or issue are you running into?

Different browser settings between the two devices.  Maybe adblockers, addons or pop-up settings.

 

As an aside, try not to have two booking windows running simultaneusly on different devices using the same IP address as this can screw up booking websites.

In the past I've found the website is very unreliable. If you load the app it usually works better. I hate being forced to download apps but you can always delete it later.
