Just went to Maesot yesterday. My 90 day non-O was finishing so went out on time. Was given 30 day on arrival. No mention of outbound ticket or 10g, both of which I had.

my first ever visa run was at mae sot. My passport was brand new cause I had just arrived here for the first time with a brand new passport. I only had the 1 year Non O visa stamp and my first entry stamp. Obviously, I also had the thai exit stamp as well and the myanmar stamps when I got back. my wife and her mother were waiting foe me because the drove me there and it immigration officer new this, but it still took him about 12 mins to examine my passport. It was on Jan 1 and there wern't many people, but i still don't know why he needed to spend over 10 mins looking a one page of my virgin passport. anyway, eventually her gave a frown and let me in, never the less, it was an interesting experience.
