Currently showing upcoming or recent departures to Hanoi (VZ8930), Haneda (NH850 and JL034), Paris (AF253), Zurich (LX181) and more, so yes, there are plenty flights out.

Lot of planes are today already on the way. 

Most of them on time too.

Just glad I decided to do my 90 days the conventional way in April.  Due again 27th July - think I'll pop down to Sio 5 tomorrow and avoid the mayhem (if they haven't fixed the on-line problems, or the Queq thingy isn't working).

Lots may be overstating a bit, but what's with all the canceled flights incl. TG??

So we have a few daily flights to EU - swiss, klm, airfrance (those 2 are the same I guess?).

Something like less than 5 or 10% capacity is flying - very limited scope. A far cry from anything normal that would justify normal visa procedures too but it's all up to them but time is ticking & few options remain than the obvious - extend emergency decree & amnesty ????

there’s so many flights being cancelled (can’t even see any flights to the US), it makes booking a flight and then waiting for a cancellation refund to be able to afford to book the next flight that’ll run a high risk of being cancelled, and then waiting for that cancellation refund to book the next flight......  etc etc.

There are no direct flights to the USA, you have to transit.  Choose one that you can see departs regularly so you know it's running and you should be fine.

announcement April 21, was scheduled to end April 30. 

Not announcing anything and making everyone leave in a short time frame is the last thing I would expect them to do.
