If and when you can border bounce

How would you approach it.

Maybe your one of the more at risk gents maybe your just cautious for good reason but what options are you going to consider to bounce?

You fancy flying?

Sweaty bus?

Train?

You trust that greasy visa agent driver/handler handling all those passports still?

S.O.P? no change whatsoever or would you choose wisely?

Are new services and opps about to open up for English speaking taxi drivers who for 12000 baht will get you from Pattaya to Vientiane based on 12k, overnight accommodation and complete your visa to save you the risk?

Adverts for covid free car pool occupants looking to take the trip together in as sterile environment as possible?

Opportunity knocks maybe?

Rent low priced car. Drive to Phu Nam Ron. Pay agent, clear immigration, catch bus (if required) across border to Myanmar and back, clear immigration. Drive back to DMK and return car. Won't happen until they drop the COVID19 insurance requirement (IMO).

You do know that the borders by land are closed? It has nothing to do with insurances. And FYI, you don't need an agent when doing a border run at Phu Nam Ron.

It won’t happen soon. At least till infected people get much less in the world or vaccine will be the reason.
The story continues for at least till 2021. Border run won’t work as before, especially visa type that will be important. There will be no visa exempt, because the border won’t be open for tourists and when it is open, insurance will be required till unknown date.

Standard Operating Practice AFAIK, ????

It is the commonly used acronym SOP that would would stand for standard operating procedure. The OP's s.o.p. is incomprehensible gibberish.
