Burma Bill
For reference, there is a Vietnamese Consulate in Khon Kaen should you need a visa for a connecting flight (after COVID) to Vietnam. I used it on a couple of occasions until UK citizens got free entry for 15 days. Until now, only Thai Smile operated between Khon Kaen and Suvarnabhumi (BBK), now that monopoly has been broken by Thai Viet Jet, no doubt offering less expensive fares, for connections to long-haul International flights without having to cross from Don Mueang (DMK) where Air Asia, Nok Air and Thai Lion Air arrive.
