Facebook messenger

I rarely use messenger voice or video calls but ms Poohy does...

She been in bangkok all week and trying to call me! android to android phones

Quite simply i cannot get messenger to ring on my phone 

i can answer and call out but only see calls after i've missed them

Yes i have seemingly tried all combinations of fixes

Go to settings, scroll down to messenger, tap on it, then scroll down to Notifications and swipe the Sounds button if it is not already green, that should do it.

Find a random teenager (if you don't have one of your own),  explain the issue. They will fix it. Buy them a burger.

Try turning the mobile off and then back on and get your wife to ring you on messenger and see if that works ?

Sorted re installed messenger 3 times .. 3 time lucky it rings

Not my ringtone but at least a noise.. thats enough

I suspect It would seem messenger does not like working with a downloaded music ringtone
