The prime minister has vowed to pursue justice yes he really did say that but not to his own front door I suspect ????

If we are to criticize when things are done wrong, we should probably also be able to :clap2: when something is done right - otherwise it will be monotonous, don't you think ...

  • The more they talk the more unbelievable it becomes. Surely Boss can hire someone to come up with a consistent credible package of lies, not this rubbish we are currently being fed.

  • No surprise here....bold, decisive action by the people's general.   Compete government honesty and incorruptibility....along with total respect for the course of justice have always been hi

  • I'm surprised that the body hasn't already been 'accidentally' cremated.

Do they not do autopsy’s as a norm anyway?

Perhaps more to the point, who/what institution will do the new autopsy just ordered by the pm?

I'd put my money on Khun Ying Pornthip Rojanasunand.

She's not the sort of person to be intimidated.

He can’t because Prayut is the big Boss.

I think there are probably more BIB that despise the boy than there are big shots that persist in trying exonerating him.

If returning to Thailand, I would keep watching my back if I were him.

yes, i was thinking the same thing.

LOL

Heard no more of the dentist who supposedly prescribed the drugs for him. If hes still around I bet hes all the time looking over his shoulder.

Unless he's too high on cocaine. Perhaps J.J. Cale was a patient of his?

Why would anyone trust a biopsy, it made no difference to the b2 case  No DNA on the murder weapon made no difference. They will probably conclude the Wittnes was drunk and suffered a heart attack

The drug that has not been used for 100 years by Dentists and who’s chemical signature has no resemblance to cocaine

suspect, Mr. Vorayuth Yoovidhya, heir to the Red Bull empire.

How does Thai media know that the "Boss" is an heir to anything?

By now he may well of been disinherited.

It depends on how much your dentist might be billing you - retrospectively of course.

He's only just realised Boss has an 'outstanding' dental bill for a couple of million Baht/Dollars/Pounds*

*delete as necessary.

I thought the motorcyclist who died was a witness "for" Vorayuth as he testified that Vorayuth wasn't speeding at the time of accident ?  Now it's reported that he was supposed to be a witness "against" Vorayuth ?

The committee has 30 days to complete its task.

So now they've officially been given 30 Days days by the P.M to make up a story why the Office Of General Attorney dropped all charges?
Lol Welcome to the land of cover ups!!

This is Thailand mate, no-one will have any 'severe reactions' towards him in public.

Plenty on social media and online, but not in public.

Advocate of the fake GT-200 bomb scanners that the current military stooges purchased.

any background of this witness ?  was he an expert in anything / something ?

bit strange that he "was" in Bangkok if he lives in CM ?

Yes and anyone that does will be sued for defamation as he is officially now innocent.

The ideal candidate then!

They can do all the investigation and then post publicly their evidence and it will still not mean didley squat.

He could blame the Satnav - common complaint here.

The fact they need 30 days to explain why the GA dropped all charges in itself is a scandal.

And no one ever mentions the 100 MB donation anymore. Must be some Bigwigs involved.

It's not 30 days to explain why the charges were dropped. It's 30 days to come up with new stories that exonerate the investigations, lack of efforts to have him extradited and support the prosecutors apparent view that a prosecution would likely be unsuccessful.

The challenge is to find a story that does this, quietens the minions, fools the international media and restores what they believe is the pristine image of Thailand and its justice system.

Expect something similar to how the Koh Tao murder complaints were eventually brushed aside.

Do you want the autopsy with or without bullet?

Yep. Lives in Chiang Mai, but in Bangkok and riding in a pick up truck in the early morning hours down Sukhumvit, with his pal a senior air force officer, AVM. After 8 years of keeping stum they suddenly feel the need to go and make witness statements to the police. After 8 years, they clearly remember the speed they and Boss were driving, and are definite about it, even though the vehicle damage examination clearly shows very different speeds to that they remember.

Mrs BB also tells me that on this morning's TV news it said his cell phone was originally missing but has now been found. But the sim card has been removed and disappeared.

Nothing strange here. All sorted. Police have the statements of two witnesses that exonerate Boss. The "dentist" explains the cocaine along with the new story that doctors at the hospitals that did the alcohol / drug tests, said "antibodies present at the time" may have affected the results and given untrue positive readings.

The probably can't understand why anyone is questioning their versions.

And what is this gonna prove?

more red herrings to exonerate the cowardly little puncie  Nancy red bull boy??

BIG FAT RED HERRING........what they need to do is seize his bank account details and follow the money.

It's quite likely that he was told something like 'We can't just dump a million baht in your bank account, we'll pay you XYZ in cash and the rest later' and when he said 'Okay, I told them the story, where's my money?' he met his untimely incident.

Or he may have been stupid enough to say 'Well, given how big a deal this all is, I want more money' and they paid him in this way.

Or if they did pay him upfront and killed him for another reason, or in the zillion to one chance that it was just a freak accident where he had a stroke or something while riding a motorcycle, they wouldn't have been stupid enough (well, actually... who knows? TIT after all...) to just transfer the money directly to his personal bank account.

Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha, has ordered an autopsy after Jaruchat Madthong, a key witness in the high-profile hit-and-run case allegedly involving Vorayuth "Boss" Yoovidhya, was killed in a motorcycle accident, Deputy Government Spokeswoman Traisuree Taisaranakul said on Sunday.

If the PM is so concerned about getting to the truth why doesn't he personaly summon the second witness to his office and demand the truth about what happened or if he was even a witness.

Time this shameful debacle is stopped...

They talk about damaging the good name of Thailand... this is dragging it about as low as it can get.

Prayuth wants the body kept? If he'd been a witness for the prosecution he'd be cremated already.

He was brought down as soon as the black car (Nissan march) over took him, then turned right

at U-turn then the car slowed down as it passed the man motionless on the ground and speed up again.

Driver of that car, by law should have stopped to assist a person in grave danger laying down in the middle

of the road where cars and trucks are driving through.

This case is as obvious as a tail on a dog's ass!
