Thomas J Posted August 3, 2020 Share Posted August 3, 2020 Looking to purchase a car here in Thailand. In the USA you get a title and the owner has to sign over the title in front of a notary. You then can take the title to the Department of Motor Vehicles and they transfer to your name. How does the process work here in Thailand.
