TMP sleeping pills, what are they?

They don’t make me feel as groggy/hungover the next day compared to the other OTC medicines, so I find them more beneficial 

 

Atarax makes me regret taking it the next day every single time, feel worse than having no sleep

That's how I felt after taking one TMP pill, slightly dizzy and hungover for nearly 2 days. Never again, they're gone.
