Checking my paperwork I realize a 90 day report was due on Aug 5th. I am not in Chiang Mai at the moment and would like to know if anyone knows what the current policy is as far as being late with report. Thanks

I don't think there has been an extended 'amnesty' for 90 day reports anymore.  I believe if you have a report due in August or the months before you MUST do your 90 day report at a local office (or online if you can get it to work) by the end of August.  As well as the Airport Immigration Office the Promenada Office (2nd Floor near Krungsri Bank) can be used.

Amnesty only applies to tourists.

If your permission to stay or tourist visa has expired you are covered by amnesty - you’re a tourist.

You have to the end of august to due 90 day report whether your a tourist on on a non-imm o or any

visa's. Also it looks like flights out of Thailand are starting to open up in September.
