I am guessing December at the earliest or early next year possible mid January.

The issue is getting an approved vaccine would be the first and foremost requirement, then the quarantine restrictions can be lifted then flights may start to take shape.

I suspect a vaccine certificate may be a boarding requirement when flights resume.   imo

Before the end of March in time for Songkran to try and attract the Tourists once again.

Followed by lockdowns after Songkran because of Covid infections again.

I understand that the visa amnesty finishes on the 26 th sept, however I flew in with airchina on Feb 1 st return April 1 st but my plane never flew back so had to do 30 day ext then covid came in no flights

I bought 2 new airline tickets to get out with emirates and Ethiopian airlines which exasperated my funds and vouchers were put in place, can I get an extension again or will there be a further amnesty as it does not look my plane will fly for a longtime I have no funding to buy another ticket or family and friends to help so what can I do. Many thanks
