Dr Jack, thanks for your reply. Last extension I used income method, this coming extension I want to use 800,000 deposit method. Do you think I would be OK to show back in June 2024 a deposit of 800,000, a copy of my bank book, and "Bank Statement". My stay expire date was Aug 9, 2024. OR are you saying I have to show I am still showing income transfer every month since my last visa extension, which I do have, but then I have to go back to Bangkok Bank in Silom to get a separate statement showing that i have international transfers for each month and show the credit advices for each month. I'm really hoping I can just show 800,000 deposit back in June 2024 along with the current bank book and bank statement. -

Yes, there are risks, but it's not all bad. The important thing is to be careful, diplomatic and willing to compromise. I hope that in the case of the Byrnes, everything will be resolved fairly. -

In spite of so many good things about Thailand and living here this is a prime example of stupidity in general of Thais the lawyers who would take such a case and the legal system They are caught on CCTV, admit to guilt cause the problem their own anguish them sues file charges yet the system would take on such a case. Case should have been laugh at by lawyers thrown out long ago. I really hope the two Thai f--kers meet a violent surprise soon. If the court has any dignity in justice rule properly when they do continue to sock it to these two until they are destroyed- 2
