April 26, 200719 yr Sorry for any incoherrent ranting..... but just very confused, that my weight at night is more than when i wake up at morning. did not wet the bed or go to the toilet, so just wondering where it went ? I first thought that "nothing in, nothing out" so should stay the same weight, but that is not correct either. If I only drank water( i.e. 0.5 kg per day, and peed out 0.5 Kg per day, I would still loose weight as would be burning fat ). So, does that mean when I sleep, I burn i.e. 0.5 of fat at night and put it back on in the morning.....sounds alot.

April 26, 200719 yr Someone posted information a while back that answers your question. At night you lose weight from moisture being expelled in your breath. Your loss is a form of dehydration. Edit, I see Dr Naam typed faster than me. Edited April 26, 200719 yr by Farma
April 26, 200719 yr Sounds like you need a high school biology refresher course. Where does the matter go? * Respiration in your cells consumes glucose and outputs carbon dioxide and moisture vapour in your breath * Sweat.

April 27, 200719 yr Author Any shagging involved? LOL...thats it Shagging !! Ok, farting, moisture loss while breathing, Energy + O2 = water + CO2 kinda stuff etc are the reason. I think Moisture is main reason. Thx.. Edited April 27, 200719 yr by skippybangkok
