Register a Tennant renting house

Featured Replies

My wife rents out her house to a foreigner and we now wish to register this with the dept. of immigration.

We are overseas so will need to do it online if possible.

Anyone able to help me do this?

Cheers

This is the website for TM30, you will need copy/scan of some documents to register.

I think an estate agent will do it for B1000. The estate agent we had our house with did it for the tenants for that sum. We paid.

Thanks for that. Unfortunately the firewall here at work wont let me access it so will have to wait until I get home.

Cheers

Looks like the Thai authority has changed the setting such that the overseas users have to use VPN to access the Thai servers first before they can access the TM30 website and the S.38 mobile app. I am in overseas and can't access both anymore.

I was in overseas last year and was able to register a new user account in the TM30 website and receive the user ID & password. This is a first step, if you haven't done so, before the user ID holder can register the tenant information.
