Hey guys, I know there is a lot of information out there but was wondering if you could help me out.  I left Thailand in mid-March in order to obtain a non-immigrant B visa.  A few days later, Covid hit and my employer decided to wait to process the paperwork because everything has been up in the air.  We know that people are being allowed to enter Thailand again if they have a work permit, but I do not know about a non-imm B visa.  Is it worth processing the visa now, or should we continue to wait?  Any advice?

It can depend upon at which Thai embassy you are applying for a certificate of entry (COE) at.

It may be difficult get a COE without at least a WP3 work permit application receipt to submit with the non-b visa application.

Best to contact the embassy where you are at about what they will want.
