Registering Company at Condo, Co LTD registration at condo possible if owner/condo management agrees ?

Hi,

 

Can you confirm that registering a company at condo address, a Co LTD registration at condo location is allowed if owner/condo management agrees ?

 

Is it more complicated than registering at a house as most Thai seem to think ? This company will be registered in a Thai name.

 

Maybe you could also confirm that a Thai educated with a master degree will be able to register the company alone without the need of a lawyer or any other supposed professional ? Is the process more complicated if not using any special service ?

A straight YES on all your questions. Except that you will need more than one name to legally open a LTD.

Also read the Condo Act 2008 and the by-laws applicable to your condo : in our condo it would not be possible to have any commercial activities in the area where co-owners reside but only in a separate area of the building (otherwise we can have massage parlors on the 10th floor ...and see a constant flow of unknown visitors)
