Dr. Holland pharmacy has been around for many years, I visited one branch in Naklua, very popular among the Russians.  I noticed all the labels were in Russian, so the owner probably made a nice profit buying cheap Thai drugs and sell it to Russian buyers for triple prices. 

But there are also Chinese pharmacies in Naklua doing the same thing, with all labels in Chinese.
