yeovil Posted September 4, 2020 Posted September 4, 2020 Hello, I am looking for a food processor which would 1- be strong enough to make nut butter 2- slice and grate with at least 2 garting/slicing size. Any suggestion on a specific model that can be found here??? Thanks a lot!
james.d Posted September 4, 2020 Posted September 4, 2020 We got a free processor (no name brand - the box states "Electric cooking machine") that I use for roast cashew and roast almond butter very often. I would look for a half decent brand processor with slicer, grater and wouldn't worry about strength.
Oxx Posted September 5, 2020 Posted September 5, 2020 I burnt my way through several food processors making Thai curry pastes until I discovered the Panasonic MX-AC400. It's made primarily for the Indian market, and is very robust. It also has a cutout switch should the device become overloaded. It would be great for nut butter. However, it doesn't slice/grate. https://www.panasonic.com/th/consumer/kitchen-appliances/blender-and-food-processor/mx-ac400.html
