Popular Post Geoffggi
How can one hold a sensible protest if you have to follow guidelines to do it, this makes no sense anyone can see it is only to keep what ever protest in confinement and off the public eye on the streets where it counts.

Grumpy John
The students need a bigger better location to show their anger. But just to be on the safe side the university fire brigade had better be on duty that day.

There are 2 campuses in greater Bangkok: - The giant campus at Rangsit, many very big open areas, and has internal trolley buses to get students faculty to faculty / building to building, way too far to walk within a reasonable time. - The smaller campus at Ta Pra Chan near the river which has a grassed area about 2 times the size of a soccer field. This campus has long-term political protest history including serious violence. Edited September 5, 2020 by scorecard
Burma Bill
For reference with respect:- You only have to look at the history of Thailand over many centuries (Siam in those days) when Monarchs and their armies ruled the country. Many in the "establishment" still believe this should be so, and at this point I will make no further comment.

So they will be able to voice their right of free speech granted by the constitution, no oppressive numbers of security forces, no shady figures videoing and photographing 'evidence' of wrongdoing, or others provoking incidents and Prayuth will welcome their opinions.......mmmm? Hoping for enlightenment and worried about the forces who like things just the way they are. New army chief and police chief soon.
