Button badge machine and supplies in Thailand?

Does anyone know of a supplier of button badge machines in Thailand?

 

I can order one from Lazada or overseas, but Covid-19 has seriously affected overseas postal services.  That's why I'm trying to find a supplier with stock in Thailand.

 

Additionally, this machine and supplies will need to be shipped from Thailand to me in north Laos.  I can liaise with the supplier for that - I already use a shipping company for other goods from Thailand.

 

This button badge machine is for a charity project that I used to run in Bangkok some 15 years ago.  I have a need to 'reactivate' this project in Laos, so your advice is mucho appreciated!
