Did I get an appointment?

Hello all, I was wondering if someone could help here. I am stuck on a tourist visa but have been given a letter by the British EMbassy to extend it. I went on the immigration website to book an appointment for tomorrow. I haven't received an email to confirm this yet but I notice when I go on the website to rebook, it asks me if that is what I want to do. I looked online and found confirmation of my booking as it has a number but it just tells me counter K 0800-1230. What does this mean? I thought I had to be there at a specific time, have I got that wrong?

Check you spam folder.

The URL they use for the email gets rejected and put in the spam folder. Others have had that problem already.

I've been checking it non-stop, nothing went in there. I understand they send you a confirmation e-mail but I haven't received it even though I have a booking number. I tried calling but could not get through, how to proceed here?

If I search via passport number, all details come up but it shows the time as 0830-1200. Does this mean they haven't allocated me a time as yet and I just have to wait?

Print out the confirmation and tell you did not get the email when you go for your appointment.

Your appointment is for those hours. They do not give a time for the appointments at K desk.
