Right now I have a non imm. B Visa. By the end of August I would like to apply for a retirment visa. Due to bad export bussines I lost so much over the last 1.5 year that right now I can not show the required 320 000 ,= Thb. on my bankbook. However the books shows a solid financial history.

My company owns over 5 000 000,= Thb property. Does the land ownership instead of

320 000,= thb on the bank makes any sense to the immigration. :o

Thanks for any advise Bully

Not sure where the figure 320k comes from unless it is the difference between your pension and the required 800k for retirement. Do not believe Immigration will accept company holdings - especially land holdings which you can not own in any case.
