Photo Size Is Different In Each Embassy?

What size of picture is necessary for tourist visa in penang?

Please teach me the web address of penang thai office.

The normal photo size is 4x6cm or 2x2" - normally either will be accepted.

There is no website for Penang as far as I know but this lists the people/phone numbers and such

Anyone tell me if there are any holidays from the 14th of May to the 19th where the Thai consulate in penang is closed?

Don't see any listed for Penang or Malaysia that week.

I always get a batch done and repeat when I run out.

The last lot at a photo shop here in BKK.

When the lady asked "what size" I just pointed at the passport

(I was getting photocopies at the same time) and said "that size".

I've just measured them and they are 3.7 x 4.6 cm (or 1.5 x

1.8 inches (that's very approx)).

They were OK at Lao immigration and the Thai consulate at

Savannaket.

I've used similar sized photos for visas into Thailand , Cambodia

and Laos and have yet to experience anyone measuring and

rejecting them. ("Famous last words" comes to mind here).

thank you a lot all,

by the way,

If I use NJbook, how much is their service charge for tourist visa?

After 12 noon, can Njbook accept visa service?

how much is their express charge after noon?

You should make up your mind, are you taking a taxi from the airport to the consulate or are you going to avail yourself of the visa services of NJ Books?

If airasia delay much, I must use NJbook,

or If airasia arrive on time and I have enough time, I will use Njbook.

otherwise, I will go there by myself.
