Photograph: AC/DC /Instagram AC/DC have announced a reunion, featuring members who had left the classic rock band in recent years. A new post on their Instagram account depicts vocalist Brian Johnson, bassist Cliff Williams and drummer Phil Rudd, all of whom had previously departed. Johnson had been the band’s frontman since 1980, following the death of original singer Bon Scott, but had quit in 2016 due to hearing loss; Williams retired in 2017. It’s Rudd’s third stint in the Australian band, first playing from 1975 to 1983, then rejoining in 1994. Fat is a type of crazy Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 For a classic ACDC you need Bon and Malcolm but it's a bit difficult to get that lineup. This one is fairly impressive and as long as Angus is there it's still ACDC. Not a huge fan but still have my old copy of High Voltage. Has a good cover of Baby Please don't go. 2

Johnson was a fabulous replacement, and Angus is in there, complete with (now looking odder than ever) school uniform? 1

Even though it's an Elvis impersonator it sounds good .. would have been cool for Elvis to do AC DC .. Highway to Hell in the style of Burning Love 1
bannork Posted October 4, 2020 Posted October 4, 2020 How do they keep on going? I love hard rock but in my view you've got to mix it with acoustic or lighter material too, cue Led Zep, Rory Gallagher etc, variety is the spice of life AC/DC have written some rock classics, fantastic head banging, air guitar acrobatics but at their age, ain't it time to pass the baton? For those about to rock, may God save their souls.
