Kerryd
The Blue Wave event is a music concert/festival/whatever. Tickets starting at 1,200 baht as all the early bird 999 baht tickets have apparently sold out already.https://www.ticketmelon.com/behearnow/bluewavemusicfestival2020?fbclid=IwAR30DluQJlPdzHP59W3BF6WAmWvzM3qHkzQED6NZQFrvfTzKg2OPhbSpPVw

I wouldn't be surprised to find that there weren't any "early bird" tickets to begin with. They might have just posted that and marked them "sold out" to make it look like it's a popular event that people are snapping up tickets for. Probably go to the event and find 150-200 people maybe (less if it's raining).
