The Blue Wave event is a music concert/festival/whatever. Tickets starting at 1,200 baht as all the early bird 999 baht tickets have apparently sold out already.

Probably back on the market, being sold by the organisers starting at 1200 baht.

I wouldn't be surprised to find that there weren't any "early bird" tickets to begin with. They might have just posted that and marked them "sold out" to make it look like it's a popular event that people are snapping up tickets for.

Probably go to the event and find 150-200 people maybe (less if it's raining).
