Bangkok governor Aswin Kwanmuang said he discussed fine dust solutions with representatives from many organizations as the pollution of particulate matter 2.5 micrometers and less in diameter (PM2.5) would normally return from December due to stagnant air. He met representatives from the Pollution Control Department, the Department of Disease Control, the Department of Health, the Meteorological Department, the Department of Land Transport, the Department of Energy Business, the Department of Industrial Works and the Royal Thai Police Office. Anything this small has only become existent from combustion. First step is admit that the burning of fields, forests, charcoal manufacture, etc is the main cause. " The dust is not due to stagnant air it's due to farmers illegally burning up north and the wind turning from SW to NE.
