Hello,

All of the links I see in earlier posts seem to have expired or no longer be valid. Does anyone have the Type O Spouse visa application form available to share?

Many thanks

If apply for a one year extension based upon marriage you would use the standard Fillable TM7 form.pdf form.

For a 90 day non immigrant visa entry it would be a TM86 if you have a tourist visa entry or if visa exempt a TM87 form.

You can download it from the Thai Embassy in your country.

Thanks. I live in Thailand. Just want to fill it out in advance of going to Chaeng Wattana and can't find it on the immigration site.

Jomtien don't like you using the fillable form. They always insist I use their own rather tatty copy so to avoid filling it in on the spot I collect one in advance.

They only made me fill in a form by hand  one time  when I presented  an "old" fillable form that apparently was updated sometime in the year before...next year I used the "new" fillable form  and they had no problems with it at Jomtien.

Not unless you want a re-entry permit after it is approved.
