There was a guy in Pai making good Yucatan style hammocks. Do not know if he is still there now.

I am assuming you have already looked in Warorot market, and Lamyai market (across the street)? I seem to recall multiple vendors selling hammocks in Lamyai...

There is a Saturday market on near Prince Royal School/British Council. I have seen a guy who sells decent hammocks there. Also for wholesale too.

At the Woking Street Weekend Market. There's one stall directly opposite the walkway leading out from Wat Chedi Luang.

Am I the only one who thought of that simpsons episode where Homer goes to work for this guy who thinks Homer is awesome at his job and hires him out in another city to be in charge of stuff and Homer has an idea to get his workers to work harder - Hammocks! So they can nap and be fresh and work harder.

Both the jumbo and chair hammocks we bought at Noots shop across the street from Krungthai Bank in Pai have been doing well for over a year now...
