A lot of infected people have no symptoms at all , but are still able to spread the virus ... A lot of people will simply not know that they are infected ... good for them , because being infected without symptoms means not sick ( yet ) , but to others it is dangerous because they may get the infection by those asymptomatic spreaders and become sick .
