Because of the trolling of my previous topic I want to make it clear that this is a prediction of the formation of a possible tropical storm. 

 

It is not my prediction I am just doing a heads up for anybody who might need to take action in case of the possibility of heavy rain in Thailand.

@NCC1701A is a Rain God, if he stopped mentioning them they would go away due to lack of publicity.

Tropical storm Etau is now a tropical depression again. 

Lots of rain for Vietnam so far.

The remnants of TD 24W is crossing Thailand today. 

Here in Eastern Isaan it feels like French Normandy in November: thin rain, strong wind and very cool outside... the exact opposite of the beautiful dry season we should be in.
