He says that his cases are big and he will be filing them soon.

And you believe this? Why would he lie to you? Maybe so you become outraged and chant "Stop the Steal" on the streets?

During his presidency one has heard so many lies, unfulfilled promises and head-shaking inducing statements, from the border wall to Kim Jong Un's nukes and back, that it seems conducive for one's own sake to take whatever he says with a grain of salt. Make that a shovel of salt.

Trumpism easily infects less critical minds.

Trump supporters: Do you ever critically examine the statements from your leader, or do you just absorb everything he says?

  • Trump only employs the best! Pity about his lawyers, well I should say just pity about everyone Trump employs. When your dumb, I guess you have to employ dumber people to make you feel superior.

They just withdrew the one part of their lawsuit that could technically could have reversed the count in Pennsylvania. Do try to keep up.

You may have thunk this. However a bit of thought may lead you to the conclusion that they are still building their case.

No case to be built trumps just milking the rubes and marks for more money and getting the attention he craves he is what he is a grifters gotta grift

Looks like just another Fake News story:

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-campaign-pennsylvania-lawsuit-washington-post-report

Monday morning, Trump retweeted a message from Murtaugh that said the new complaint "absolutely still makes an issue of" more than 600,000 ballots that were allegedly processed without proper observation.

Murtaugh had called the Post's report "completely erroneous" and said that "to write that we had scrapped that argument requires not reading the amended complaint."

"They didn’t read para 132-150 which repeat all the allegations of the 680,777 mail in votes which were deliberately concealed from Republican inspectors," Giuliani said.

And the rest of the Fox report:

What the Post and Politico reports get right, however, is that the crux of the amended complaint removed claims regarding those allegations. The original complaint included a count of "Invalid Enactment of Regulations Affecting Observation and Monitoring of the Election," referencing the alleged lack of adequate observation in claiming a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment's right to due process. The new complaint has that entire section taken out, with no counts listed that reference poll watching or the 680,770 ballots.

Additionally, the original complaint requested relief that included preventing the certification of election results that included the counting of ballots that "watchers were prevented from observing," but the amended complaint does not include this or anything resembling that request.

And the rest of the Fox report:

In a Monday statement, the Trump campaign acknowledged that it "strategically decided to restructure its lawsuit to rely on claims of violations of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution," but said the ballots that were not observed remain part of this.

"Our poll watchers were denied meaningful access to watch the vote counting and we still incorporate that claim in our complaint," Murtaugh said. "Unfortunately, fake news activists rushed to print their clickbait headlines, apparently without even reading the lawsuit. That’s lazy journalism at best, but more likely intentionally misleading."

Dream on Proud Boy! If you were keeping up, you'd realize that Biden won by a landslide!

Trump campaign drops key request in Pennsylvania lawsuit

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — President Donald Trump’s campaign is withdrawing a central request in its lawsuit seeking to stop the certification of the election results in Pennsylvania, where Democrat Joe Biden beat Trump to capture the state and help win the White House.

Ahead of a Tuesday hearing in the case, Trump’s campaign dropped its request in the lawsuit that hundreds of thousands of mail-in and absentee ballots — 682,479, to be precise — be thrown out because they were processed without its representatives able to watch.

The campaign’s revised lawsuit, filed in federal court on Sunday, maintains the aim of blocking Pennsylvania from certifying a victory for Biden in the state, and it maintains its claim that Democratic voters were treated more favorably than Republican voters.

Many never got over 2016

Many were devastated , rightly so in hindsight , but they sucked up the result, what however did NOT happen ;

Clinton did NOT pretend she had won and refused to accept the result.

Clinton did NOT say the election was rigged or stolen, nor did her supporters.

There WAS an an orderly and timely transition of power.

The sitting POTUS did NOT lounge around tweeting fabrications and ignoring the extremely important matters at hand.

It all speaks for itself does it not ?

I think you are on to something.  They absorb, similar to a sponge, which is a living thing, but a thing of very very limited intelligence.

She literally wrote a book about it: What Happened by Hillary Rodham Clinton.

She lays out how the 2016 election was marked by an unprecedented assault on democracy by a foreign adversary. By analysing the evidence and connecting the dots, Hillary shows just how dangerous the forces are that shaped the outcome, and why Americans need to understand them to protect their values and democracy in the future.

Thank you for pointing that out.

Hillary Clinton did not deny the validity of the 2016 vote or impeded the orderly transition of power.  As evidence of Russian interference came out she did point out that how dangerous such interference is.

Donald Trump has the option of conceding the obvious and later air his grievances in a book, but he'd rather undermine the US government.

Yes she wrote a book and she was shown to be correct , good that you appreciate her contribution.

Wouldn't it be nice if Trump now did something constructive rather than sulking and stirring up even more trouble and division.

Clinton literally did not write about it. She nowhere alleged fraud or chicanery in the electoral system. She did allege and even the Republican Senate Committe backed it up, that the Russians hacked into the Democratic National Committee and that the Russians manufactured massive amounts of fake news. Not the same thing at all. Stop making things up.

Even in the  event that this judge were to rule in favor of the plaintiffs and the Supreme Court were to uphold the judgement (really really unlikely) Biden would still have enough electoral votes to be declared the victor.

Do you think states that have already certified their election results will 'un-certify' based on a court case in another state that has no relevance outside that state?
