Unfortunately the way society has gone, ask most young people in UK what they want to do when they finish their education & the boys say footballer or gamer & the girls influencer or Vloger, none wanna get up & do a days work. We've bred a generation of lazy gits. I, like most my age, started work at 16, here I am at 58 still working my butt off, only way I know how to earn money. -

Do you no longer have to specify your workplace address on a work permit?
The company I work for moved to a new address. So I went to the labor office to update my place of work on my work permit. I was expecting to have to fill in Form WP.7 (Change of Work or Locality or Place of Work According to Section 21). However, the officer told me that new work permits no longer list the address of the employer, nor the place of work, and therefore there is no need to update your address of work. Is this correct? -

Donald Trump has upended millions of lives in his first 50 days in office
As I’m against DEI, am an advocate of free speech, and despise Wokery in general, I’m regularly called a right wing looney. However, had I been a US citizen, I would have voted for Harris, as 4 more years of Wokery would have been far preferable to Trump’s unconscionable support of Putin, together with his insane trade war. So for me, it’s a case of righty tears, especially considering the enormous long term damage Trump’s inflicted on the Republican party.
