my visa will expire on 30th Dec,

After the day can I aplly covid 60days visa again? 

or will it be 30days?

You can apply for a new 60 day extension of stay (it is not a visa) a couple of weeks before the 30th.

At this time January 29th is the last day you can apply for them.

I would be careful going too early because lately Chonburi seems to be wrongfully dating extensions from the date applied , not the expiry date of the last one.

It is the latest info from a memorandum immigration did on November 24th extending it to January 29th from November 30th when it was due to expire.

There might be another extension of it dependent upon the latest info about the pandemic.
