The ones who surrender themselves to quarantine will not. Having said that, and in view of their earning capacity, I can't see too many wanting to stay put for 14 days in quarantine.

Vaccine, what vaccine? “No hab,”, and I do not believe a word of what the pharmaceuticals sell, there is no safety of long or medium term side effects. But let me tell you that after 10 years living in the North, high levels of pollution have caused to me pulmonary emphysema with the consequent deterioration of the lungs. At smog season, every years avoid Chiang Mai Feb., Mar., April, and need to live in any beach in south. Several studies seems to confirm that short and medium term exposure to contaminants can increase the incidence of COVID-19 infection. So, ooking today the high and danger levels of Pollution, Said that; I assure you that “northern provinces are NOT safe for travel during the festive ...Or not festive...season”.
