Program Topic: Real Estate Investments in Phuket

"Over a billion dollars of investment capital is about to be poured into the Phuket area over the next 3 years alone. What does this mean to Phuket business owners?"

Tom Travers, managing partner of Indigo Real Estate Ltd., will be reviewing the newest luxury hotel developments in the Phuket area, all with residential components, in order to update Phuket business owners of the opportunities in the market place.

IBAP generally meets on the 2nd Friday of each month at Phuja Nirvana restaurant located on the main floor of Central Festival. Our doors open for check-in at 6:15 PM.

Our meetings open with the opportunity for members and visitors to get to know each other, relax with a drink, network and exchange business cards, and enjoy a well-prepared dinner. Following dinner IBAP generally presents a short program on a topical subject with the opportunity for the audience to participate in an exchange of questions and answers.

The meeting this evening takes place at Phuja Nirvana restaurant in Central Festival. Registration and check-in starts at 6:15 PM, dinner at 6:50 and program presentation will start about 7:20. For tonight’s program Tom Travers, managing partner of Indigo Real Estate Ltd., will be reviewing the newest luxury hotel developments in the Phuket area, all with residential components, in order to update Phuket business owners of the opportunities in the market place.
