when you know 2 languages, you are bi-lingual

When 3 languages, you are triple-lingual

Farage had no real institutional power as such but like Hitler he was a dangerous rabble rouser and could influence politics indirectly while cavorting on the continent with his French mistress after his divorce from his German wife, seems British isn't always best when it comes to the loins and life style (something I can attest to)
