Cambodia is one of the leading countries in reducing poverty in the last 25 years, said Minister of Rural Development Ouk Rabun at an international forum yesterday. The two-day forum  themed “ No Poverty Goal” was held with the aim of reducing poverty in countries as per one of the major goals of the United Nations 2030  Agenda for Sustainable Development and a common aim for mankind.

The forum, virtually via zoom, was held by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in collaboration with China Media Group, China Development Poverty Reduction Centre. Rabun took the opportunity to share poverty reduction experiences of Cambodia under the leadership of Prime Minister Hun Sen.
