90 day reporting - Arrived in Thailand(Date)??

Featured Replies

Hello all, I'm trying to do the 90 day reporting online but an error message is displayed after the first page.

On the 'Arrived in Thailand(Date)' I'm putting the actual date arrived (March 21, 2020) not the date of the last 90 day reporting stamp.

Could this be the problem? The error message is telling me to report to the nearest branch.

The other issue is that the 90 day reporting is one day late - it was due on December 17 - though all sources point to a seven day period after the reporting stamp date in which online reporting can be completed.

Thank you

You put your arrival date correctly.

But your are outside the window of 15 days before up to the report date for online reporting.

It is not the same as doing reports in person.

Late reports cannot be done online. The seven day overdue is only accepted for in person reports at immigration.

Thanks. Are there penalties for the seven day late period?

No, but get there asap after due date. Over 7 days usually 2000 baht fine.

The emptying of my wallet at immigration yesterday confirms that this is being enforced.  ????

Caused by my uncanny, if not supernatural, ability to count on three months from August and get to December: Doh!

Wed, Dec 23 is the latest for you to report in person and avoid a fine.

Is the 90 day reporting still being done at the Temporary VISA Extension Center at Muang Thong Tani and not Cheang  Wattana?

Update:

I arrived at Muang Thong Thani at 8am. There was no queue at the entrance and I had the paperwork ready, so received a ticket with number 48.

They started  calling people through at 8:30am in sets of 10 (1 - 10, 11 - 20, etc )

I went through at around 8:55am and was seen at 9am. Paperwork was approved quickly and the officer was friendly. This wasn’t the case for the guy in the queue before me, who had some issues with an address in Chonburi, and was receiving the infamous angry interrogation. treatment from a middle-aged  female officer.

Anyway, all stamped and I was out the door quickly. There was at this point a large queue forming at the entrance.

Conclusion: arrive before 8am and you’ll have a wait in the outdoor car park for an hour but will be done quickly.
