James Corden suggests he may quit US talk show when his contract runs out because he is ‘homesick’

Actor and presenter James Corden has implied that he may quit his late night US talk show and return to the UK when his contract expires.

 

The Gavin & Stacey star has hosted The Late Late Show with James Corden on CBS since 2015.

 

Speaking to The Sun, Corden said that he was “homesick”, after moving with his family to the US, and implied that he was considering leaving the show in two years’ time.

 

“I have a couple of years to go on this contract,” he said. “Ending the show will always be a bigger family decision than a professional one.

 2 years left on his contract. He reportedly rakes in about 9M a year including other projects so he won't be hurting anyone but his great great grand children if he quits the Late Night show....

Although it was reported that Corden had become unsatisfied with the "daily grind" of being a talk show host, he extended his contract in 2019. The actor's contract allegedly included a salary worth somewhere between $4 and $5 million. Today he earns around $9 million per year from his various endeavors.

nah, he deserves to be back to where people find him funny, it ain't stateside that's for sure..

It ain't the UK either, that's why they let him go.

Maybe they should do another stunt with Tom Cruise.... minus the chute.
