I'm here in Bkk now on a 3 month tourist visa. But I intend to stay here for longer and I am looking for another option rather than visa run or fly every 3 month to Singapore.

Now I've read all postings related to that topic and would like to get confirmed that I got it right.

I'll have to fly to Australia and app for a multiple entry non immigrant "O" visa. Could it be Singapore or Malaysia?

Do I have to be married with my supporter here in Thailand?

I have here a girlfriend and we want to get married. We have been together 8 month now and stayed together in Sydney

Are there any laws for how long we have to get married before she can support me?

Where can I find information about get married here in Bkk? Costs, documents, how long does it take…?

How long do I have to wait for "granted visa" in Sydney after I have submitted my application?

Unless you are married to a Thai the RTCG Sydney will not grant you a multiple entry Non-Immigrant O visa ( nor will Singapore or Malaysia Thai offices )

I am married and found the CG in Sydney very unhelpful.

They only granted me a single entry............ :D

Now that was few years ago.

Perhaps they are more friendly now? :o
