here s my case...i was running a business and so got a non b as businessman,,,but i stopped this business and will work at school,,at first i tried to change this visa business to a visa teacher before it expired but they refused me saying i didnt reported in the 7 days at immigration confirming that i closed my company.. but i paid the fees to close it already return my work permit,,,and they asked me to pay the overstay (20 000 baths) ,,so i decided to cross the border and now i got 30 days as a tourist..is it possible to change it into a non b as teacher(my school provide the paperwork already) at the immigration in bangkok...will they look only at my last stamp or they will go back to this old story??is it better if i apply in vientiane or penang instead?(but i dont want to loose 2 days because school will open soon)

You need to have 21 days left on this new stamp and your employer must meet the criteria for the change to a 90 day "B"" visa.
