webfact Posted January 29, 2021 Share Posted January 29, 2021 Hua Hin: Covid free after woman's visit - schools set to reopen Monday Dr Suriya Khuhapat of the Prachuap Khiri Khan department of public health declared that there were no problems resulting from the visit of a woman to Hua Hin who later tested positive from Covid-19. The 28 year old from Bangkok visited on the 18th to attend a funeral at Wat Khai Lanthom and after staying in a condo and visiting Mini Big C in Soi 94 went back to Bangkok the next day. All places had been sprayed and everything was fine said the doctor who suggested that if anyone had concerns or symptoms after their timelines crossed with the woman they should present themselves at Hua Hin Hospital. Talk News Online did not mention other visits by the woman through January - an earlier timeline report suggested she had been several times. Hua Hin mayor Noppaporn Wutthikun said that all the Covid-19 protocols were being followed and cleaning was being done including at markets and the town was free of disease. Seven schools under the jurisdiction of the authority in Hua Hin catering to 3,000 pupils will open their doors for in-class lessons on Monday. If they give up with this quarantine now then many people instead going to Tanzania and Zanzibar would go there . I'll wait for Vietnam ... At least they are stable with decisions.
