BANGKOK (NNT) - The Ministry of Commerce has unveiled MOC.GO.TH as a New Normal online communication portal for citizens and business operators, providing contactless one stop service.

The MOC One Stop Service web portal is now in operation and provides a total of 85 services under four categories, namely, 22 business registration services, 11 intellectual property services, 28 international trade services and 24 internal trade services. The site collapses several sites previously providing the different services into one and connects the various offices of the Ministry of Commerce.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce Jurin Laksanawisit, added that on top of the services, citizens and businesses can also enter the site to request guidance from the ministry through a chat function. The site replaces the need to travel to ministry offices and is expected to see visits exceed current offline numbers of about 1,000 people a day.
