I don't think China has even gone this far, but maybe I'm wrong.

 

They can install whatever they want on a state owned computer but when it comes to private property - good luck with that.

Ths doesn't surprise me,it's been an 'Authoritarian State' since Lee Quan Yue took power back in 1969, I was there before and after and stopped going there after a taxi driver demanded that I should cut my hair or leave Singapore, I was Western decadence and a threat to there students..
