Today is Shrove Tuesday...A.K.A. Pancake day in British Isles,

I went the whole hog , had American style with bacon and

maple syrup for breakfast, and just made some British style

with golden syrup for tea...

    Today, we made potato & fuk tong  pancakes stuffed with pork, cheese & spinach. No idea it was Pancake Day!
