It's strange as it's spoken about openly in the Imm office and in no way tried to be hidden.

 

 

The reason why would depend on whether or not they offer you an official receipt for the 2000 baht. I'm guessing it was not offered, making it an unofficial charge and a decent lunch for the officers.
