Just on a side note I was advised to do Kegel exercise before I had my operation. Since then I have been told it can help against ED

I am on active surveillance with Dr. Danaiphand at Bumrungrad, but also followed by a local urologist in Buriram. If I get to stage where I need radical treatment I will look at Singapore or Europe. The reason being that when I read the rare papers authored by Thai doctors there is very little focus on preserving the urinary and sexual functions.

Just had an MP/MRI and I am still ok to stay on Active Surveillance. So I haven't  looked  for doctors yet. I am 70 and have other health issues, I am not willing to get major Prostate surgery just to die of an aortic dissection six weeks after.
