Hi all,

I want to change to a Non 'O' Class visa when I go to Hong Kong next month. I am currently on a Tourist Visa and been in Thailand over a year, though I went back to England in December 2006 for a while. I came back on a 2xentry and now I want to get something solid. I have a GF here, and been with her since end of 2005. Is it possible for me to get 'O' Class? as someone I know had one stating he had a girlfriend here who was Thai.

I do not believe you will obtain a non immigrant visa in Hong Kong from the information you provided. You are under age 50?
