Usually money is transferred to the main BANGKOK branch. The account number will signify where the account is located.

Search for the Bangkok Head Office.

So you are saying I DO NOT need the correct address in the branch I have my account in?

My branch is in Chon Daen about forty miles to the west. I need the correct address to that bank alone.

The web site link provided by CharlieH provides this format for your bank to use which indicates transfer is to main office (SWIFT GSBATHBK) like other banks and that office will send to beneficiary's  branch/account per information provided:

The ordering remitter please specify as follows:
Beneficiary Bank Name (receiving bank name): Government Savings Bank (Government Savings Bank) Bangkok, Thailand (Bangkok, Thailand)
Swift Code (GSB): GSBATHBK
Beneficiary's Account No.: ........................................
Beneficiary's Name: .....................................
Purpose of Transaction: ........................................
Branch Name : ........................................

SWIFT code (GSBATHBK), account number and "Beneficiary's Name" will do it.
"Beneficiary's Name" as found in the bank book (I think all banks now use Latin script at least additionally).

First three digits of the account number specify the branch and even in Thailand the IT systems are centralized in Bangkok.

Quite irrelevant how precisely you specify the branch/street address etc.
