For a smaller bike, almost any "moving company" (i.e. 2 guys with a pick up) will transport a motorcycle. There's one company (Pit Stop) that specializes in moving motorcycles. They have a van and a (covered) truck with winches and racks specifically for that. They might be OK with squeezing a few boxes in as well, but they aren't a moving company.
